Curriculum:
- Early European polyphony, spirituals and folk songs in simple polyphony.
Syllabus:
- Canons - Viva la musica, Hosana in excelsis, Illumina oculos, etc., organum.
- Primo tempore, Jan Vorličný-Aquilinas, Jan Campanus-Vodňanský.
- Also practice in compositions according to the instructions of the senior teacher in the actor's workshop.
Learning outcomes
Ensemble creation - simple musical accompaniment.
Prerequisites and other requirements
Intonation and rhythmic independence, simple instrumental play.

J. Pohanka: History of Czech music in examples,
L. Janáček: Moravian folk poetry in songs, Lassko songs, Silesian songs
M. Šolc: Secrets of chord symbols
Evaluation methods and criteria
Credit is awarded based on activity in exercises.
