Supervised by both director and tutor, the students will take part in dramaturgical set up and editing of trailers for 12 documentary projects that are participating in the international workshop Ex Oriente Film

Learning outcomes

Introduction with 12 documentary projects of various generic and stylistic properties, in different stages of completion. Active participation in the editing of their sequence/trailer. Effective networking with directors and producers from Central and Eastern Europe.

Prerequisites and other requirements

The condition of participation is that students must take their own editing hardware (a laptop with AVID and Adobe Premiere Pro) with them. The organizers will provide accommodation for 1 night from October 25 to October 26 and catering on the day of the program. Students will also receive IDFF Jihlava accreditation pass and will be able to attend whole Ex Oriente Film program as observers (lectures, masterclass, group sessions, consultations with our tutors).
