Course contents

The course program covers the basic gymnastic equipment with an emphasis on exercises executed by leg movement (jumps, floor exercises). Exercises accessing the basic exercises of individual disciplines to be used in theatre, dance and other practices.

Exercises on equipment, jumps and floor exercises with the necessary theory presentation (technique, methods and assistance). Along with one's exercises on individual gymnastics equipment, the artistic profession is considered with an emphasis placed on jumps and landings. Conditioning and stretching exercises are arranged into the program.
