- Synopsis:
-
The lectures are intended to offer students an introduction to philosophical thought. The objective is not to inform them about individual types of thought but rather to encourage them to develop their own train of thought. The course begins with 20th-century philosophy, but it also looks at how philosophy relates to other forms of expression than the philosophical text: to literary, art, and film forms.
