Synopsis:

Power endurance training. Intervals of aerobic and muscle building exercises. The exercises form the body and fortify the cardiovascular and respiratory system. Sport gym equipment is used - large and small balls, dumbells, jump rope, and dyna bands.

-practicing proper breathing

-proper execution of the exercises

-physiological view/ alternating aerobic and muscle building exercises, with emphasis on improving physical shape and health condition.
