Synopsis:

Tai chai chuan is a traditional Chinese art using quiet, slow, and relaxed movement, that provides a balance of life powers to the organism, in other words, it creates and manages natural health. Tai chai chuan as a relaxation exercise is ideal for people with one-dimensional psychological and physical stress. It removes tension, strengthens the central nervous system, develops focus, quickens the reflexes, creates discipline, builds patience, endurance, and other aspects of human character, creating an opportunity for the complete cultivation of the body, mind, and soul.
