The seminar develops material covered in the courses Theatre in the Context of Western Culture and Theatre in Czech Culture, with emphasis on independent developing of chosen topics in the students' term papers.
- Prerequisites:

Term paper developing an assigned topic with the aid of archival materials, expert reviews and continually published literature.
- Study Objectives:

Systematic reflection on basic problems and questions connected with the origins and development of the art of drama and analysis of specific examples from contemporary stage practice.
