Synopsis:

History of Czech stage design emphasizing Czech baroque castle scenography and Stage and costume design of the 1920s and 1930s.

Prerequisites:

Attendance of 75% of lectures is required.

Writing a text (10 pages) is required each half year.

At the end of the 2nd semester is an exam.

Study Objectives:

Development of stage design, types of stage design from the 19th century to modern stage design of the 20th century.
