At the end of the 2nd semester is a solo singing examination.
Required: one folk song with piano accompaniment.
- Prerequisites:

1. Mastery of ribcage/diaphragm breathing.
2. Interpretation of more difficult folk songs.
3. Musical performance of a song (rhythm, good intonation, dynamics, desired expression).
- Study Objectives:

1. Expert training of actors for theatrical ensembles.
2. Care for the culture of the voice and the word.
3. Fostering of singing skills and proper habits.
4. Cultivation of musical feeling and perception.
5. Developing of sense of melody, rhythm and harmony.
6. Sight-singing.

Curriculum:
1. Breathing exercises- gradual increasing of difficulty.
2. Vocal exercises - pentatonic melody.
3. Repertoire.
Syllabus:
Breathing exercises of gradually increasing difficulty. Exhaling on -yo-, -mu- with the same power, then more softly.
Pentatonic melodies of vocal exercises are exchanged (major and minor).
Constant checking for a relaxed lower jaw and correct tongue position.
Melodic ornaments and preparatory exercises (basics).
