2. Gaining movement memory and discipline.
3. Developing aesthetic feel and perception.
4. Understanding form of movement.

Curriculum :
1. Preparatory exercises for the legs in classical positions.
2. Basic order of exercise.
3. The role of music in exercises.
Syllabus :
Exercise for spinning and flexibility of the legs, pointing the toes, balance stances, performing individual exercises at the bar and standing free.
