In these lessons the student develops a relationship with the object and creates a journey towards working systematically on itself. These are the principles:
regularity, sufficient intensity, thinking both in physical investment and in concentration. Understandiing the relationship between movement lessons and dramatic work. Adopting movement stereotypes. Creating a basic concept of structure and the functioning of the body (creating one's own concept of the body), creating a relationship in music and learning to work with it.

Syllabus:
One of the basic tasks of training is removing bad habits. in lessons students work on the bases of certain dance techniques, e.g. dance gymnastics, the Martha Graham technique, the Jose Limon technique, pantomime, jazz dance and ballet. this should result in perfect control of the body as an important instrument for dramatic dance.
Curriculum:
I - III year - instruction, gradual familiarisatiion with various approaches: body building, dance gymnastics, classical ballet, modern dance and jazz
II - IV year - training predominantly in endurance, physical condition
