Given that there is no independent set design department at FAMU and thus no students from the field of scenography take part in the collective exercises, so the production manager, director and camera person are the students that stand in for this field. This course presents basic information on practical set design, its sub-disciplines, conditions, requirements, and scope, and how far the requirements of set design can be fulfilled at Studio FAMU and in work on collective exercises.
