- Synopsis:
-
The realization of theatre fencing in the present day is subjective/objective - general/specific - stylized by the amount of knowledge and understanding of the time period of the fencing in theory and in theatre form. The theatrical form of fencing derives from two levels - the time period, and sport.
Class of stage fencing, that offers fencing art in a romantic spirit and theatrical stylization. This form of fighting cannot fully replace the time period realism, it must be sufficiently believable and safe. It teaches to perform practical, training fencing, with a basic time period point - stab and cut. It creates and develops basic fencing skills - spiritual and motional.
The 1st to the 6th class - feet movement.
Clash - starting position.
Ready position - basic position.
Basic - forward, backward, leaping over and back, flash, run.

Special - with theatrical movement - rehearsed movement of trunk and limbs, preserving the movement of the time period.
