A one-semester required course focused on self-evaluation of future/current aesthetic- and arts-education instructors of the target field, particularly from the viewpoint of personal requirements and social skills for performance in that profession.
- Prerequisites:

Attendance and active participation.
- Study Objectives:

The goal of the course is to systematically collect information about oneself and the personal analysis based on key methods of reflecting upon one's work given by the instructor.
- Outline and Syllabus:

Curriculum:
- Research and analysis of desirable personal social features of a drama training instructor (including types of social-aesthetic creativity) - creating a model.
- Comparison to the model.
- Classification of fundamental areas of participant interest in the those fields.
- Research of the personal features of a drama training instructor in relationship to oneself (usual topics: social perception in the education-artistic situations; communication; psychohygenic professions; self-perception and its stability.
