In these lessons, the student forms a relationship to the subject and builds a path to systematic work on him/herself. These are the principles:
regularity, sufficient intensity meaning both in physical effort and concentration. Understanding of the relationship between movement lessons and work as an actor. Acquiring movement stereotypes. Creating a basic concept of the structure and function of one's own body (creating one's own body concept), creating a relationship with music and orientation in it.

Syllabus:
One of the basic tasks of training is the elimination of bad habits. The lessons work on the basics of certain dance techniques like dance gymnastics, Martha Graham techniques, Jose Limon techniques, pantomime, jazz dance and ballet. The result should be perfect mastery of the body as an important acting tool.
Curriculum:
Years I - II: instruction, gradual familiarization with various procedures, techniques: body building, dance gymnastics, classical ballet, modern dance and jazz.
Years III-IV: training mainly in endurance, physique
