Outline and Syllabus:

This module takes place within the framework of the International Festival of Documentary Film Jihlava, where a retrospective will be presented on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the founding of Hungarian Studio Bélz Balázs (BBS). The review will show documentary and experimental films of this celebrated studio - socially ironic films and poetic experiments. More than twenty recordings representing this aesthetic and topical progression will be shown for the first time in the Czech Republic.

Information regarding the films may be found at: http://www.dokument-festival.cz/fsect_detail.phtml?fsect_id=103
