- Study Objectives:

The course aim is to guide students to a multi-faceted expanded music experience employable in their sound practice.
- Mode of delivery:

Students are required to attend at least three live concert performances of their choice and write a paper over the concert dramaturgies, quality of compositions and interpretations/performance and the appropriateness of the acoustic circumstances of the environment with a consideration of the instruments involved.

Completion of „Music Practical 5.“

- Course contents:

The final semester of this course separated into three years is devoted to learning concert practice, listening to and analyses of various music production genres. Students judge the dramaturgy of the repertoire performed, express their subjective opinions on the compositional quality of the composition and level of musician performance. Students, also, attend to the relationship of the music to the environment, influence of the acoustic parameters of the hall on the overall impression, etc. Also applicable is knowledge acquired in previous study of music practice, theory course, music theory, history of music, study of musical instruments and sound acoustics lectures. Students are required to visit at least three public music events and write a paper about each which is the basis of credit discussions of the given issues.
