The aim of the course is to introduce students to the issues of math as a basis on which the student can pull knowledge for understanding the nature of electro-acoustics whose knowledge is necessary for related technical subject study.

- Course contents:

1. Fixed integral. Probability definition of the fixed integral, its basic characteristics. The Newton - Leibnitz Formula. Geometric and physical application of the fixed integral. Calculation examples.
2. Series. Succession and its limits. Number series and its probability. Convergence and divergence series, criteria. Trigonometry of the Fourier series of the periodic function. The complete form of the Fourier series. Development examples of the periodic function in a series. Physical applicatis of the Fourier series, transformation.
3. Differential equations - common differential equations and their solutions. Methods of variable separation. 1st order linear differential equations, Cauchy function. General and particular solutions. 2nd order linear differential equations with constant coefficients. Homogenous equations and their solutions. Constant variation methods. Estimation methods for particular solutions of equations with quasipolynomic right sides. Solution examples of equations from freqencies and wavelengths.
4. Applications of Mathematics. Use of the Fourier Series solution for transformation of time-frequency interpretation functions.
