Etudy i přednesy vycházejí mnohdy i z literatury flétnové.

They are introduced to techniques of how to properly play the alto flute. Considering differences in the students ability in playing the alto flute can be quite diverse, individual paths of instruction are chosen. This individual approach and the acceptance of various skills is the path how to get those less talented to quickly attain a good standard of playing. The study literature is assigned according to student abilities Etudes and recital pieces often come from flute litereature. Recital pieces are oriented towards easier compositions intended for this instrument. The reason the students wish to play the alto flute is also decisive for the course methodology.
