Study Objectives:

Předmět vybaví studenta vědomostmi o literatuře v oblasti orchestrální hry a prakticky procvičí nejdůležitější sóla ,se kterými se může orchestrální hráč v praxi setkat. Ve všech předmětech se postupně objeví všichni skladatelé a jejich významná sóla pro lesní roh v orchestrálním světě. Pracuje se s Orchestrálními studiemi Frehsee Albin, Wipperich Emil, Ritzkowsky Johannes

a s party České filharmonie.

Instrument skills at the level corresponding to the study year and student profile.

Chamber literature in wind duets and trios.

Course contents:

This course provides students with knowledge about orchestra literature and practices the most important solos an orchestra musician may encounter. In all courses, all composers are introduced with their important solos for French Horn in an orchestra. This course works with orchestra studies by Albin Frehsee, Emil Wipperich, Johannes Ritzkowsky and Czech Philharmonic parts.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Participation of students in auditions for symphonic and opera orchestras.

Assessment methods and criteria

Evaluation of instrument and orchestra playing, completion of the established repertoire, AKS verification, all concluded with the award of credit.
