Study Objectives:

Předmět seznamuje studenty prakticky se základy techniky José Limona, s jejími základními principy: succession, oppositione, fall-rebound, fall- recovery, susspension, isolation. Důraz je kladen na správné pochopení principu, jakým v této technice pohyb vzniká.

Při výuce této techniky je velmi důležité neustále dbát na to, aby studenti nevytvářeli tvar či formu, ale samotný princip uvolnění potencionální energie a její přeměnu na energii kinetickou.

A recommended elective element is participation in classes and workshops arranged by another professional institution.

Course contents:

Development of exercises

Elements covered in the previous semester are complemented with successional arms, twist, spiral, accelerated tempo. Rotations are enriched through exercises.

Variations and jump combinations

Use of longer and more complex phrases,

Attentions is paid to the proper execution of the principles.
