Study Objectives:

1. Seznámení posluchače s problematikou filmové a televizní scénografie, rozdílnost vnímání filmové scénografie a divadelní scenografii

2. Seznámení posluchače s historií a vývojem filmové scénografie

3. na příkladech české a světové filmové tvorby, prezentovat práci scénografa s různými tématy a v různých výrobních podmínkách

Mode of delivery:

Classes, film screening and their analysis from the perspective of the screenwriter.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

1.General knowledge of the history of Czech and world film.

2.General knowledge of theory studies in film.

3. Analytical and review skills.

Course contents:

Film set design is a trade which deals with the artistic treatment of a film work. The set designer is a significant member of the film creative team.
