Study Objectives:

1. Improving personal painting experience and techniques

2. Developing the personal ability to interpret the assigned tasks in painting

3. Cultivating skills of expression in the artistic preparation of set design tasks

Mode of delivery:

Assigned or student personal topic, one's own painting project - a painting or cycle of paintings. Painting concept, installation with possible performance. Consultations on the artistic development and adjustment to the dissertation.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

1. Perfect control of realistic drawing and painting - architecture, landscape, still life, drapery, portrait, figure, nude, knowledge of the anatomy of the human body.

2. Creative ability and the ability for reflection.

Course contents:

Curriculum:

1. Assigned or personal theme of a student, their own painting project - picture or picture cycle

2. Painting project, installation with the possibility of a theatrical event

3. Consultation on the artistic preparation for diploma work

Syllabus:

The student should reflect their experience in drawing and painting when preparing a picture cycle or in a painting concept or installation on an assigned theme. Their artistic gifts should be reflected in the diploma work preparation.
