Study Objectives:

The aim of the course is to introduce students with contemporary production procedures in the film lab, special effects processes, sensitometric film reproduction, issues of standardization of lab processes.

Emphasis is placed on learning the principles and theoretical background, while a description of the specific device and organizational contexts, given the wide variety only types are presented, usually in relation to the practice in some of domestic laboratories.

Mode of delivery:

Přednášky zpracování filmové suroviny s ukázkami různých typů filmových surovin.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Knowledge of the fundamentals of photography, principles of cinematography and the „Film Lab I“ material.
