The final exam is comprised of three parts (aside from the parts in the lectures where 20% absence is permitted).
Students must, by the due date, submit their freely chosen written AVD project (play, documentary, animation, commercial, video-art, etc.).
The project must have a properly developed consideration of the marketing, financing, budget, cash-flow plan, distribution and promotional strategy, interesting proposed title and sub-heading, and engagingly written short synopsis. The layout of the project in also important in grading. Submissions after the due date will not be accepted, or possibly the resulting grade will be reduced by one.
The oral exam includes a short introductory project presentation (presentation skills are not graded separately).
The second part of the oral exam included answering questions. Each student shall answer 10 questions which demonstrate their knowledge from the entire course.
The quality of the written projects represents about 50% of the subsequent grade. The oral project presentation with discussions about the project represents about 10% of the subsequent grade and the final oral exam represents 40% of the resulting grade.
