Study Objectives:

1.Pokračování výuky základního programu s cílem naučit se kombinovat zvládnuté dovednosti.

2.Naučit se základní cviky na gymnastickém nářadí, ve výškách a na trampolíně.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Knowledge of basic exercises of the 1st year (703ADA1 and 703ADA2) is required.

No elective requirements.

Course contents:

Instruction in acrobatics and tumbling offers a continuation of the basic program in the first year. Knowledge is applied in theatre situations and bases (with consideration of „New Circus“ and Theatre in Non-traditional Environments). Students are introduced to fighting and wrestling without the use of weapons.

From swings through tumblings to combinations of individual elements. Exercises in pairs with equipment and using tools (tables, chairs, etc.) From tumbling exercises, falls, kicks, parry, strikes are set. Acrobatics use various elements such as tables, chairs, plates, poles, etc. Basic swings, high, jumps, turns are practices on equipment.
