The course task is to acquaint students with the typical style elements of an opera work, unity of all components participant in opera performance, conducting methods for individual opera ensemble elements, the plan and procedure of study. Conductor collaboration with the director and artistic designer. Organizing conducting work in opera operations.

Acquaintance with opera interpretation issues such as th music-drama form. Theory instructions for working with an opera ensemble and the activites of the conductor in opera operations.
