Students in this course gain experience in stage performance. Their role in instruction alternates from student to performer and what is important is that they have the opportunity to comment on the given performance. In concert performance there is a whole list of performance questions to which this course gives answers. Student performances are analysed and evaluated in all aspects by the professors and the students. Each course gradually gives time to all wind instruments and style periods. Students create and integrated concert program. Student performance is evaluated in all aspects of performance. First of all, the composition the student played is analysed and individual performance difficulties are demonstrated. How the student managed these issues is assessed. The level of performance on the instrument is also commented upon in technique, intonation, sound, dynamics and performance. Comparisons with other distinct performers, perhaps on CD of the same composition are done and pros and cons of individual artistic peformances are presented. The opportunity to perform individual compositions to the public is also not neglected. This experience is very important in concert performance.
