Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Introduction to the fundamentals of modern dance technique. Understanding of the uniqueness of the modern dance movement style.

Mode of study:

exercises in contact instruction

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Physical disposition for the study of dance arts, movement skills at the advanced level. Teaching talent.

Recommended optional programme components:

A recommended elective element is participation in classes and workshops arranged by other professional institutes.

Course contents:

Students are introduced to the basics of modern dance technique (Graham, Limon), expand their skills in those techniques.
