Learning outcomes of the course unit:

This course creates conditions for learning concious movement in the present body and mind. Based on direct experience, greater faith in this process increases consciousness of movement, or removes excessive effort and tension, increases speed, flexibility, stability and communication.

The aim of the study is to learn one's body and its potential as an instrument of communication so that the body becomes a source of communication.

Mode of study:

Presentation, discussion, classes, contact instruction

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

No requirements.

No elective requirements.

1. Anatomy in movement

2. Working with body internal space

3. Working with intimate body space

4. Working in an external space.
