Consider one-self and one's performance in negotiations. How to naturally set discussion conditions between two people such that it will lead to contract compliance and proceed benignly (without compromise). When can one manage people and teams? Know oneself and potential as soon as possible. Guide this to a concept/strategy and negotiate with others. Then comes managment itself.
To learn how to transmit one's ideas such that others will have interest in them as well - the art of presentation.
Adopt basic scientific research methods - base one's knowledge on processed which exclude subjective and purposeful visions of learning.
IMPORTANT IS: to know oneself and beneficially change one's habits - sometimes they can be come bad habits. Learn how to work with time - what influences our time availability? Know how to develop a concept/strategy and present it to the team. Learn how to work with methods which guide one to knowledge may be applied to additional research and new knowledge.

This course takes place over three days (8 instruction hours) and is a combination of study lectures, discussions, practical exercises and student independent work on a selected topic.

For the course is presumed a basic theory and practical knowledge of history and practical application of management tools, primarily in the area of project management.
