Course aims:
- upon completion of the course the students will have all knowledge and skills necessary for managing and producing an arts project at DAMU.
- students are acquainted in detail with the AMU structure, particularly DAMU and DISK
- students are acquainted with the basic processes related to organizing, financing, administrating and promoting these projects.
- students learn to work in teams with their study-year classmates.

In the course study-year practice activites are established - ex: organization of music-theatre evenings, mini-festivals or Faculty Balls. The organization of these events is reviewed in instruction.
- Course contents:

This course presents to the student issues in DAMU exercises from the Summary project through the graduation production in the DISK Theatre to the organization of the ZLOMVAZ festival.
The course is devoted to the following topics (from the viewpoint of application in AMU procedures):
- AMU/DAMU/DISK - structure, organization, internal regulations
- project production at AMU - resources (human, financial, technical)
- Budgeting, fundraising, accounting settlement, accounting documentation
- Most frequent types of contractual relationships in DISK operations
- DISK - from the dramaturgy plan to production closing
- DAMU and DISK project promotions
