The course aim is:
- to expand acquired theory knowledge in financial managment, fundraising, management, marketing and project management through practice and implementation of a theatre festival.
- to expand abilities and competences in the management and organization of cultural events.
- to cultivate communication and organization skills in project teamwork.
- Mode of study:

Students are given roles in a project team. Students complete the tasks arising in those roles. Consultations over the work take place regularly during the course as a discussion. Though these are group discussions, each student is an observer and participant in the planning and execution of all activities performed in organizing a theatre festival.

The second semester of the Organization of a Theatre Festival course is devoted mainly to the practical fulfillment of preparation strategies and implementation of defined ativities necessary for preparing and executing the ZLOMVAZ festival. Providing the program, managing finances, communications with partners and the public, etc... All activities are evaluated along the way and corrected by the instructors so that the students have the opportunity, through direct feedback, to directly check the appropriateness of the application of the selected procedures and methods. After implementation of the festival itself there follows the process of closing the project, whose successful completion is required for completing the course.

Conditions for successfull completion of the course and receiving credit are:
- participation in implementation of a festival
- class participation (min. 80%)
- completion of the assigned independent tasks
- submission of a written final report on the assigned area of the implementation.
