Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The course aim is to acquaint students with the works of world video-art and experimental film which have become the foundation of the canon of so called art of the moving image. Emphasis will be place on screening works in their entirety, brief contextualizations and subsequent discussion on the works presented.

Mode of study:

Lecture with video samples, analysis and group discussions.
