Ability to communicate in practical situations

Ability to describe experiences, events, aims and formulate opinions.

Mode of study:

Text reading and anlysis, listenings, presentation and practice of grammar structures and vocabulary, moderated dicussions, preparation and analysis one's written text, discussion.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

A requirement for registration is a knowledge of the language corresponding to the lower level course.

Recommended optional programme components:

Course contents:

The grammar and conversation topics below are only for reference and may change according to the group and current topics. The main materials are the coursebooks Česky krok za krokem 2 and Čeština pro cizince - úroveň B1. These coursebooks are supplemented with other materials. Particular emphasis is placed on topics connected to culture and Czech life.
