Acquaintance of students to other fields of acrobatics, clowning with an object and martial movements.

Course contents:

Basic of coordination, gymnastic, acrobatic, eccentric exercises and tumbling with potential use in theatre and dance. Acrobatics, tumbling, trampoline, exercises on equipment, eccentric exercises (exercises in pairs and groups).
