Complexly conceived program - acrobatics, fighting exercises, eccentrics, and also exercising with gym equipment, on the trampoline, etc. Emphasis is on form of expression and individual approach.
In addition to acrobatics, fighting, and eccentrics (balance, jumps, casts, skips, neck springs, rolls,handsprings, flips, and somersaults, in various combinations and with partners, repetition of gymnastic exercises, jumping on the trampoline, exercise with gym equipment) emphasis is on the individual selection of exercises, and on situations that are usuable in artistic practice.
