Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Introduction to the Keyboard Dept. team, theory lectures and classmate performances. Ability to critically assess artistic performance. Obligatory public performance during the course. This course is the only platform where students from all study years can meet, cosidering that most instruction is individual. This refines skills in verbal formulation of critique observations and reaction to colleagues' performance.

Course contents:

The course is not in a true sense a concert stage. It is a type of „creative workshop“ reviewing the skills and current prepared level in concert performance. As well the direct evaluating of performances is through a listening class (significant past recordings), or discussions with possible visiting foreign artists.
