The orchestral world of these Russian composers is very specific. This course explains the particulars of orchestra playing and what demands are placed on the musician. Various instrument intonations are instructed. This course clarifies bassoon, clarinet, oboe and other instrument tuning principles. Intonation color, some color tunings are also an important aspect of playing in an orchestra. The playing dynamics in an orchestra are also of a different nature.
