Learning outcomes of the course unit:

1. To acquaint students with training and education environments in which Dance Education students will be active.

2. To acquaint students with the education requirements of the profession and the tools of purpose personality development.

3. To form teaching skills (self-critique, self-evaluation, ability to discuss opinions and defend them, attitudes related to teaching practice.

4. To acquaint students with the use of education terminology.

Mode of study:

Lectures, moderated discussions, discussions, exercise analysis, writings analysis, readings, instruction

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

1. General ability to manage the study material.

2. Ability to indepenently resolve teaching issues.

Education 1 is understood as a key component for acquiring scholarship in Education theory and practice and its interaction with other components
