Learning outcomes of the course unit:

An understanding of the various styles and forms of contemporary dance and their mutual influences and blending.

Mode of study:

Contact instruction through exercises.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Physical condition for the study of Dance arts. A high level of movement skill in modern dance and contemporary dance.

Recommended optional programme components:

A recommended elective element is participation in classes and workshops arranged by another professional institution.

Course contents:

Linking various styles of contemporary and modern dance. Expanding skills in those styles.
