Students execute their own independent music recording. They learn to collaborate with Sound Design students. Together they record and edit, at least, two different music recordings and bring them to their final form. Student gradually penetrate the issues of a sound concept of a recording such that they are able to make their own judgements at the beginning of recording, in sound designing and in final recording adjustments (artificial reverb, sound correction, etc.) They record compositions for various chamber groups. In the recording emphasis is place on developing skills to listen to the on-going recording and sensibly react with objective comments. Students are guided gradually to be able, during recording, to prepare an outline plan of editing. This requires a good overview of the quality of the recorded material.
