Communicating a selected or one's own proposal of movement with awareness, where the viewer does not know the intention but wishes to understand the message.
Movement skills using theatre tools serving to express the content-sense of the play and mutual communication.

Experience in moving in a space, with dynamic movement, with tempo-rhythm, rhythmic divisions of movement.
Movement imagination, inventiveness.

Exercises focus on discovering muscle groups,
their conscious engagement,
elimination of automatic movements, excess tension and blockage,
exercises for perception of rhythm,
fine tuning the ideal body tension and engagement.
