In these classes the relationship of a space to an object is strengthened and a path is built towards systematic work on oneself. These are the principles: regularity, sufficient intensity, thought in physical investment as well as in concentration. Syllabus: In classes, work on the basics of some movement techniques, ex: dance buto, Anne Bogart's viewpoints, Jose Limon Technique. Methodic links to theatre anthropology terminology (Eugenio Barba). The result is to be the perfect mastery of the body as an important tool for performer creations.
