Learning outcomes of the course unit:

1. To acquaint students with the content of the site-specific phenomenon on a historic and geographic background - a brief historical outline

2. To acquaint students with the types of theatre appropriate for short- and long-term projects - creative workshops, artistic residences and interventions

3. The purpose of the course is to use the creative initiatives of the students in their own or group projects directly in the practical and real conditions of the given location.

4. To verify creativity and abilities to work in a creative team.

5. To enable students mutual exchange in a block instruction of the practical, where the work primarily individually on their own projects.

Mode of study:

Practical and theory bearing in theatre and non-theatre spaces and contexts. Inter-study lab on the edges of genres and styles. Preparation and implementation and subsequent review of a staging and stage events arising from stimuli of personal semester tasks. As well with the potential which is offered to the student in collaborating with a publically managed institution, school and other cultural-social organizations.

3. Recording skills (photo, audio, video)

4. Sense of space, dramaturgy skill and concept consideration

Course contents:

A theory and practice bearing in the space of theatre and non-theatre environments and contexts.

In the three-year bachelor study the selected instructor, primarily, helps with their knowledge, the student to fine their own theatre or artistic perspective and is the advisor in the implementation of a project which the student applies in inter-disciplinary studies.

The study is practical experience, a mobile studio for various stage events and treatments

For this aim the technical and instructional facilities are formed.

The expected group of students is to be a consistent group and the participation of each student is preferred in each individually previously selected combination of studies in the interdisciplinary study program.

The purpose is to extend theatre into other professions and skills. Therefore, during study it is possible to encounter professions and professionals not only from theatre, visual arts, design and architecture but also sociology, medicine and religion.

Dimensions of time-space. Time in events. Thought-out, Time in reaction. Time acceleration. Time for rest. Time for exit.
