Bio-mechanic exercises and etudes lead to student organic cohesion and completeness of movement and their physical awareness in a stage space. This guides them futher to building positive habits in the sense of structure of movment actions and their expression.

Curriculum
- Fundamental concepts and relationships.
- Exercises with batons: catching rotations in three-phase movement divisions - balance with various levels of difficulty - rotations in various movement schemes and their linking - improvisational composition possibilities.
- Movement etudes: solo etudes „walking on rocks“, pair etudes „face slapping.“
Syllabus
1. Introduction to Fundamental concepts and relationships, related to the „biom-mechanics“ of Vsevolod Emilijevic Mejerchold, the possible contributions to basic acting study.
2. Exercises with batons:developing organic cohesion and completeness in movment action and physical awareness of the student. Process: catching rotations in three-phase movement divisions - balance with various levels of difficulty - rotations in various movement schemes and their linking - improvisational composition possibilities.
3. Movement etudes with precisely defined forms, expanding movement awareness and abilities in expressive division of actions: solo etudes „walking on rocks“, pair etudes „face slapping.“
