Enable students long-term application and verification of knowledge acquired in study, comparison of their personal experiences with the role of the instructor who conceives and manages the drama training lesson.
Develop students ability to indpendently plan and execute a drama training lesson and promptly react to the group and its changes.
Guide students to gradually find and build their personal teaching style.
Develop students ability and skill to reflect upon the work of their charges and their own and continue to creatively work with that knowledge.
Motivate students towards independent work on themselves.

Aside from personal experience with children or middle-school groups, part of the practical is concurrent consulations with the instructor. A condition for credit is detailed records from 5 lessons in a row. At the close each students will write a paper reflecting upon their own practice.

Students have the opportunity, according to their interest, to independently conceive of and lead a drama-training workshop for children's recitation or members of a children's theatre ensemble in a regional, state-wide or other review and workshops for Children's stage, or a children's theatre or recital workshop - upon agreement of the management of the Drama in Education Dept. (in any study year).
- Course contents:

Managed (whole year, in a combined two-year bachelor's type study) work of the students: Continual and systematic work with children's or middle-school groups which may have one of the following forms:
- Instructing an individual subject of Drama training (respectively Literary Drama training) at the 1st or 2nd class level of an Elementary school,
- Instructing soem of the other subjects of drama training methods at the 1st or 2nd class level at an Elementary or Middle School,
- Managing a drama, that is theatre or recital club/ensemble,
- Drama training work with pre-school children,
- Instructing at least one group at an LDO ZUS
or the like.
Along with this the students have the opportunity, according to their interests, to independently conceive and manage a drama training workshop for children reciters or members of a children's theatre ensemble at a state-wide Children's stage review and workshop or at a regional or other children's theatre review and workshop or children's recitial - in agreement with the administration of the DAMU Theatre Dept. (in any year of study).
