To learn to work with PR instruments in a particular project - a festival: The charter including roles, results and the like, the project schedule, the budget and its management, management revision/documents, risks, evaluation guides.
Students prepare a festival as a complete and independent project.

This is an all-day block course. The students learn what is important for further work in the Critical theory basics course. Practical examples are built on this. The instructor or the students present these. It is evaluated during the course whether all the students understand the pre-set context and if the course is beneficial.

Absolving the seminar 206MPO1 Project management 1 is a necessary precondition.

Aside from the recommended literature the students must put this into practice outside the course in the preparations of the ZLOMVAZ festival. The instructor will monitor the documents, budget, project schedule and the like and in the course the students will work on other festival management procedures. The festival for this course is the basic practical unit.
