Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The aim of the coures is to learn how to orient one's working focus. To learn how to present oneself verbally and in writing. To attempt stylistic and graphics projects.

To learn dramaturgy framework and in partiallity. To learn to prepare oneself for a tender.

Course contents:

The fundamental means of course instruction of Production Dramaturgy will be a simultaneous presentation presentation of the subject and the creation of a fake application for a Creative producer position at Czech TV.

Considering that Czech TV has announced the opening of such a position, it is possible to use its data to explain concepts and individual parts and create an application which will include:

A CV - focused on presenting oneself from the perspective of the position

Presentation of a Creative production group - its focus, target audience, procedures, reference meetings, etc.

Description of the personel makeup of the group in profession and by name.

Characteristics of prepared series and programs, their presentation and focus / target audiences/

Content synopsis

Description of the group's work, budget, individual program budgets.

Character of the members of the selection committee.

Credit will be awarded to those who fulfill the attendance and knowledge criteria. There for the course is designed that the lectures are linked and it is not possible to skip one and then catch it up.

Instruction will take place in parallel as an explanation of the principles of producer's dramaturgy and as well as a creation of ones registration. This will then be the subject of awarding or not awarding of credit.
