Learning outcomes of the course unit:

This module serves to consolidate student knowledge in pre-print preparations for the schoolćs HP Y3200ps plotter and EPSON inkjet printer. Issues in scanning B/W and color negative and possibly slide material on a Flextight X5 scanner, subsequent adjustments and preparations for print materials for the school equipment.

In the second part of the module there will be a basic introduction to working with color spaces in printing on an EPSON SP 4900 inkjet printer. In principle using photograph material with an already existing profile and possible profiling of one's print materials. At the close we will focus on the print itself in the Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Professional applications.

10:30 - meeting at the Respirium at the ?řiště location, subsequent introduction to issues. Scanning negatives and slides.

12:00 - move to Lažanský Palace
